July 30, 2001. Ryan and Tyler did a good job of entertaining Megan on the floor of the government office where some of our adoption paperwork was processed. This was where Diana and Richard had their picture taken with Megan for the adoption certificate. We also had one of our interviews, where we were asked about how we would raise Megan. After the interview, the government of Nanchang Province gave us a pink ceramic plate with cherry blossoms and branches as a keepsake.
