August 3, 2001. A few babies in cribs at the Nanchang Orphanage. The orphanage director was proud to allow us to tour his orphanage. He told us we are now part of the family and welcome to visit at any time. The orphanage was clean and maintained. We were surprised to learn that so many girls lived there because it was very quiet.
